@TesEkMa maybe you have a set of #Ingress portals or #PokémonGO stops nearby, and he's either doing some fielding, catching some Pokémon or filling up his inventory. ;)
If he's often looking at his phone, especially when it's connected to a powerbank, that's even more likely. ;)

I've probably looked quite suspicious at times walking back & forth, gathering keys & items, and taking down enemy portals for a fielding op. ;)
