arctic fox two point noits that time again where you get inspired for a new character but you have literally no campaign to drop them into?

@fadedsaint my sweet dude, if i had money.............. plus my DM/GM i usually play with changes the stats for each game (sometimes standard array, sometimes roll, sometimes point buy) and i have no idea how to build a character in pieces because IT MUST ALL BE DONE AT ONCE
