Advent of Code starts tomorrow and i'm still undecided about it.

options include:
- not doing it and cutting myself a break
- elixir because the language's author is doing it and streaming daily chats about the solutions
- ruby because dang i need to learn it better (i guess?)
- javascript because i'm using it the most currently and getting better at it is always good
