Playing around with using the subway markers on timelines to show that toots are replies, or have replies.

But I'm wondering what to do about the number of replies to show. I could do it the way the subway maps do, in which case I can show up to 6 replies and then "more than 6".

But Mastodon has, for decent enough reasons, gone for 0, 1, 1+ as the number of replies to show. But I don't have a state that represents 1+ very well, so I am considering just going with 6+.

Any strong feelings?

@tootapp I'll just say @jk's avatar with those 6 circles underneath looks pretty funny. It's good, I like it
@Gargron @tootapp change at @jk for the following lines: all
@Gargron @tootapp @jk He is being boosted into orbit on six rocket engines.
@WAHa_06x36 @tootapp @jk OK but could you actually make it so when you boost someone, their avatar gets a rocket engine and flies off the screen

@Gargron @WAHa_06x36 @jk Ok now I have you AND @halcy on at me about this.

I mean, I could.

@tootapp @Gargron @jk @halcy Also I keep switching accounts in this thread for maximum confusion.
