@lynnesbian I don’t hate free speech, i hate people who use free speech as an excuse to say every shit they have on their mind against the same people : Minorities of all Kind.

My feelings on free speech are a bit mixed, and honestly it depends on what level we're talking about.

At the government level, yes, most speech should be free. Unless if it poses a direct threat to life or property, it shouldn't be punished at the court of law, even if what was said was absolutely repulsive.

At the community, non-government level however, that should go out the window. If someone comes into a community I run and starts calling everyone the n word and the c word and shouts obscenities at the top of their lungs, I should have every right in the world to boot them and do everything in my power to ensure they don't have access to my community again.

TL;DR it should be legal for someone to be an ass on a verbal level, but it also should be perfectly fine to not want that same person running around in your community being an ass.
