Initial commit of 3bit HDMI PMOD module based/inspired by Blackmesalabs PMOD. Changes:
* KiCAD aka. there is a schematic for it :D
* 4 Layer PCB
* More decoupling capacitors
* Bit larger than the original

A small update today. Corrected pinout to be compatible with blackmesalabs original. And while I was already fixing this I added pinout legend on the silkscreen and a 3D model for the HDMI connector. ;) (you can find it here: https://github.com/icebreaker-fpga/icebreaker-pmod/tree/master/dvi-3bit/v1.0a )
