Implementing WebTorrents video viewer to Pixel federation is a bit of work.

And there is an other thing to make it view Pixel federation to be viewable on Peer tube is seems out of scope.

Unless Pixel federated to use WebTorrent technology too.

@noorul It uses webtorrent with a webseed (over http) from the server. So effectively both.
