Really thinking about buying a Zlant keyboard. It's like the Planck, but staggered, which is the only reason why I have not yet bought a Planck. This seems perfect.

@markus yes, i know. And it sucks and is just a relic from the typewriter era. :)

@jokke Then the answer is: because I cannot stand ortholinear layouts and am used to use staggered ones. :D
