@Kupi Drink water, eat lots of fiber, oatmeal if you can, every day, and if that doesn't help I can message you with more help. Oatmeal though, with some dried fruit, has saved my life.
@Kathytrisdale Sorry I disappeared! I think I'm sorting my digestive problems out. Every day I get a bit closer to knowing whats going on and trying different things to make it better. Thanks for the concern Kathy!
