Dinner tonight will be a 24 hour sous vide pot-roast that I started yesterday. Fist time doing a long beef cook like this. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
Roast is out of the SV. I browned the surface with my Searzall. Now in the toaster oven to keep warm while the veggies are in the pressure cooker.

What sous vide device do you use?

@stuart_otterson First gen Anova. I've had it for years and just love it.
@KlueBat Ah, yeah I have an Anova too. (I actually wanted to try Joule but they don't sell those in the UK).
@stuart_otterson The Joule is cool and all, but I don't like the idea of being forced to use my phone every time I want to adjust it. Buttons are handy things.
