Matt GemmellIs there an #octopathtraveler or #nintendoswitch community on here already? Hope so. That game is pretty much my sole leisure activity now. My dog joins me on the couch when I play, and my wife follows along with the story dialogue, also humming the battle music.
Ezahn@mattgemmell I'm circling around #octopathtraveler but still haven't dipped my foot in cause of fearing it will be too time consuming atm. I'm enjoying Hollow Knight, very well done, but slighly on the difficult side for me. ^^ Splatoon 2 is very nice and original (that is, if you haven't played the first one) and the recently Switch-released Into The Breach is from the geniuses behind FTL so... get it I guess. ;-) The day Overwatch comes on the Switch it will own me. Waiting for Diablo now.
@ezahn I have Hollow Knight, but haven't played it yet. Never played Splatoon in my life! I think that Octopath will scratch my turn-based itch for the foreseeable future. I also have Diablo preordered.
@mattgemmell Splatoon is weird but definitely, definitely worth a try then: a truly original IP. I don't "love" it, but I sure appreciate it. Mario Rabbids is turn based (sorry, Octopath!) but also very well done. And Diablo... well, see you there. ;-) (I'm pretty casual though, beware)
