@EuphoriaLavender I would be more worried that the keyboard issues are actually hardware and not software, though I suppose a reset would clear that up for sure.
Also, is it a relatively new device?
I got it about a month ago and I've been mentally dismissing the "It's a hardware issue" thoughts due to having sent back my last laptop shortly after getting it because I was told by Microsoft and Samsung support that something I was sure was a driver issue was hardware related, only to find out that being without it for far too long really was just a driver thing that I could've easily repaired on my own if someone had told me where to restore a good driver from.
I should probably delve deeper into Windows 10 tech but I just haven't felt like it yet and it kind of peeves me that it's necessary. I've spent far too many hours searching online for remedies to this mystery without coming up with any good answers yet.
Windows 10 has some great features but it also entails giving more control to Microsoft, as well as more commercial stuff. I'm wishing that someone will make an #IdiotProof #SuperEasy Linux install, if that sort of thing is even possible.
@EuphoriaLavender I feel that must exist on at least one of the major Linux distros. That's another one of those things I'm looking to try out once I get the hand me down computer (my "home" computer is also a work issued device).
I think I could be considered a "wannabe" nerd LOL
@EuphoriaLavender Also, if I was going to try out Linux, this would be my starting point:
