Joined a zero waste group so I could get tips on being more sustainable...

Left due to the levels of petty fuckery people go to in order to make a point.

Taking labels off fruit and plastering them all over a store, or leaving single use plastic at the checkout so someone else has to deal with it is just straight up assholery

@Kahurangi that’s really unpleasant - it’s a shame those people don’t think more about who they are affecting with their actions.

@canllaith exactly. Also the stuff that they’re leaving at the check out could be put into those soft recycling bins - so instead of being turned into bollards/benches or whatever they’re probably going to landfill
