@Are0h exactly, and that's why a lot of people are doing their own things in this space now instead of just following Gargron. i think that's a good thing for the fediverse as a whole.

@kaniini Agreed. The shift is going to be a bit bumpy because it's a hub, but no instance should be that central to the overall experience anyway.
