this is from Metalder, from the Metal Heroes series. It had bits and pieces taken from it to make VR Troopers(which I've honestly never seen). Its a pretty good show for an era of Bring Out All The Toys Kids Can Buy Then Blow Up The Weekly Monster japanese kids shows
