@tommchenry Are you doing push ups with a rubber band?

I've been doing them from different hights higher than the floor to slowly build to the actual floor

@kelmcdonald Yeah! My gym’s got these resistance bands for doing band assisted push-ups. They’re color coded so you can work with less and less asssistance over time. Right now I can only do 2 or 3 solid ones and the workout was calling for sets of 10.
@tommchenry My gym has em but I had a lot of trouble using them right. So they just went with me having my hands on a bar that's various levels off the ground. I think I'm like 2 feet off the ground right now. It gets lowered as soon as I can do 20. SO I'm almost at the ground
