Matt GemmellIs there an #octopathtraveler or #nintendoswitch community on here already? Hope so. That game is pretty much my sole leisure activity now. My dog joins me on the couch when I play, and my wife follows along with the story dialogue, also humming the battle music.
I'm also 100% receptive to personal recommendations for new #NintendoSwitch games to get.

@mattgemmell I spent all weekend playing Treadnauts and Dead Cells. Neither are very story driven, of course. Iconoclasts is another recent game I've been into.
@thjodbjorn I love the look of Dead Cells, but I invariably hate roguelikes/rogue-lites. Holding out for Bloodstained (already got the NES-style one; I mean the SNES-style one coming next year).
@mattgemmell I definitely feel you on the RL dislike. They can get very... boring? for me. DC does it in a way that feels a little bit more consistent/purposeful. It would benefit from having a demo available, I think.
Steamworld Dig 2 was better than the first one, and I think a lot of that has to do with ditching the randomized layouts.
