Ugh. The air is gross and smokey today. We’d been pretty lucky this summer, given the number of fires in the go, especially compared to last year and I’d thought we’d maybe avoided this. We closed the house up tight yesterday when it moved in & it is staying cool for now at least, but this was not how I pictured the last days of summer vacation 😕 (Yes, I’m super lucky compared to those fighting the fires or on evac alert. But I’m still uncomfortable and disappointed)
