@Iferballes tbh I'm more of a theoretical doritologist but perhaps a very neutral icing? I'm thinking a royal icing with no vanilla flavor, get some of that sweet/salty thing going on and it should bind pretty tight. I don't know if there's a more flavor-appropriate (salt-based) binding agent
@valrus It seems like a good idea. We need at least three layers of thickness to avoid possible cracks
