PixelchristiDoes anyone here have experience with Lactaid pills? Have you ever had it not work after it had worked for you previously?

We can get "Zero-Lacto" milk and cheese here now, which is so so good.

I've used them with great effect, but for some reason I'm not at all well with it today after going for Mexican food last night.
I've switched to soya milk. Used to hate it, but now actually can't stand the taste of real milk instead, which is weird as I used to guzzle the stuff before I became L.I.
And I've just this week discovered a new kind of vegan cheese which is just amazing. Perfect for melting and making me fat ;)
