So how do I only get a timeline including only people I specifically follow, including only specific people in remote instances?

@midnightmagic @ishiku Yeah, it's confusing because you get lots of junk initially from the author of Mastodon (following by default) and those you follow may not have said anything, making it look like an anonymous feed.
