Suggestions on the easiest way to get a full oAuth 2 identity provider up and running with minimal config? Any language / platform works

@iamduck Have you looked at keycloak?, It's not terribly difficult to standup albeit the documentation could be improved. Works well enough for Redhat, Openshift, IBM and others...
