@biologicallred Curiously no. I just told friends and family to message me for anything important. I stil feel in the loop when it matters the most.

@ramil I did that a few years ago, but it never really worked out for me. I took the step to delete it, and maybe that's why I have the itch every so often...it's not available to me period.

@biologicallred fb like any addiction is a symptom of something else much deeper than an itch. For me it was to know what's happening around me, always. The moment I accepted the fact that life moves on without me, I was free.
