The company lost $118bn in market value after news of slowed growth and rising costs. But is it more than a blip?

I mean, I hope I'm overreacting. I hope this means "users can see that a business has WhatsApp via its website or similar, and *choose* to interact with the business that way". And I'm sure that is a part of the offering for businesses.

But I doubt that's the whole of it...
