H/T to @kracken I would love to see this happen! Cost effective, uses mostly existing lines, I can see it adding value. In fact, #yycb could take all the money they want to give to Flames owners and put into something that would have a better ROI. (considering the ROI on arenas/stadiums are in the negative numbers, its pretty easy to beat).
