A video shows a Texas doctor, who has been treating children in a measles outbreak, with a measles rash on his face in a clinic while caring for patients a week before he met with Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.. Dr. Ben Edwards appeared in the video posted by the anti-vaccine group Kennedy once led. In it, Edwards talks with parents and children in a clinic he set up at the center of the outbreak. Doctors and public health experts said Edwards’ decision to go into the clinic put the community at risk.
