A new design I've been working on - Surveillance Radar - combines the surveillance detection technology I've been building into devices like the #hackersTownPager and #WrewOS with an on-board directional antenna to aid in location finding of discovered devices in relation to you. It also supports an external yagi antenna for improved fidelity over the onboard antenna (which will work, but isn't as high fidelity). All in a hand-held design with a nice big screen.

For #WrewOS I've added nearby device detection to detect other nearby WrewOS users, and implemented a simple messaging implementation to allow sending messages bi-directionally.

This is the initial implementation of collaboration and data sharing/datalink between devices to help share situational awareness.

A decent afternoon - a little work on the #hackersTownPagerv2 PCB copper routing, and some renewed work on #wrewOS, specifically the initial implementation of an app to locate and attempt to decode smart utility meter traffic. Not sure it’ll be successful - but I can try!
