Also learned some #tacticalUrbanism of massing piles of debris near road where wind may blow into roadway or drivers will ask highway department to remove. (Parks department is not funded as well)

I will be #vinecutting this weekend. Last night I was asked why. An excellent question. I had a good answer but the bottom line is that vines I cut only grow on the edges of forests. Roads for cars create lots of edges. Invasive vines are a car problem. Money spent to control vines should be paid for by road users.
