It's not much of a surprise that the third time wasn't exactly a charm for Vice Academy Part 3. Linnea Quigley is no longer part of that, but we do have a Joker-like criminal that our girls are up against. So... That's something I suppose.

Vice Academy 3 was the first to not feature Linnea Quigley and the last to star Ginger Lynn and set the stage for the future as Elizabeth Kaitan would take over the lead. Is it any good? Well, I can at least say it gives you what you might expect from the third Vice Academy movie.
