🆘Bill Cole 🇺🇦I'm starting to suspect that my #vasovagal(?) #sneezing, #sweating, & #nausea episodes are not random in when they hit. Like a weird variant panic attack.
This sucks, because I have long had tools for stopping "normal" panic attacks, good enough that I mostly don't have them.
Same physical tricks don't work for these. Triggers are downright silly: Minor Peeve Attacks?
