Another enshitification of #uxdesgin by adding "features" nobody asked for. Design directed by management not by users. #Sony want you to use their #AIChatbot more than use their site.

I wanted to give Sony feedback of my disapproval, sadly, that's now impossible. #accessibility on mobile is challenged by useless design elements the user cannot close out of.

However, as a loyal customer with many Sony devices I use for work worth tens of thousands of euros, I'm left frustrated and searching online elsewhere instead of their website. Not a smart move!
