This particular thread of the court's insanity has to do with their unitary monarchy theory, which appears nowhere in the United States Constitution. Our nation's founders wanted power spread out. The Roberts court laughs at the idea. Call it a monarchy, call it a dictatorship, it is what the Roberts court wants. Majority Injustices, of course, will lie and say otherwise; but they are, of course, lying.
