I have a little "mood tracker" that I've been using since I started doing sports, it's starting to confirm a hunch I had.
#UnderwaterRugby leaves you feeling great, and the feeling stays with you.
It's kind of that feeling going home from a spa twice a week, but throw in a huge workout too.
It's now reliable enough that I try to time shitty for Wednesdays because Rugby will smooth it over.

@c_9 yeah. #UnderwaterRugby has a second session which happens to be on the same night. I was going to switch over to that, but maybe I should just do it now.
Feels a little sad though, it’d be a fun time if the intense people chilled out or joined an intermediate league. They’ve created the exact situation that kept me away from sport my whole life. “I’ll be bad, let down the team and make people angry”
