🧸 Don't ask staff to give you their staff discount when they've already said no three times. That's harassment.

🧸 If an item doesn't scan and we have to look it up, don't say, "It must be for free then." We have heard this a hundred times and it wasn't even funny the first time.

🧸 Unless you have a disability that makes it difficult, at least make an attempt to look for what you want instead of going straight to the queue and holding everyone up while you expect the staff to leave the till and hand pick your item for you. Click and collect is an option if you're that lazy.

🧸 Treating staff with respect will get you a better service. Customers who are friendly and act with patience when they can see you're overstretched are more likely to get a minor brake adjustment or frame wipedown for free. Karens will get the absolute bare minimum they paid for and nothing more. Not being a douche will get you further.
