I had the last slice earlier of an accidental/experimental loaf.

For some years I've noticed that bread but not other wheat products (pasta, pancakes, munker etc.) seems to cause my heart to pound uncomfortably and blood pressure to spike. But being so unmemorable (if I can put it like that), I occasionally make bread without salt, and I began to notice in the last year that this (rather than, e.g., no yeast) seemed not to have that association.
