Had a great day at #redaberdeen - fantastic event, with great sessions and a fabulous atmosphere.
We need more of these events, where people at the chalkface can #TalkScottishEducation - discussing the issues and offering suggestions for how things could be improved at grassroots

A major contributor to the shortcomings of #CfE was it's introduction as the financial crash and austerity took hold and funding cuts that lead to cuts in support staff and development teams.
