I ended my Solstice day by making Yule wreaths, or sun wheels as I also like to call them. I braved the cold on my back porch weaving in prayers and blessings for the coming year. After completing the wreath, I toasted the Dísr. My work was lit by last year's “Grandmother’s Kitchen” candle from KU Kandles, as well as the string of lights above my back porch.
