Fourth and final endpaper illustration for Laini Taylor's duology Strange the Dreamer/Muse of Nightmares, in a new edition by Illumicrate, under Katie Gray's art direction!

Kind of very spoiler-y scene though, so don't look at it too closely if you're planning on reading these books.

I'm really glad I was asked to paint a scene set in that garden, it was a good excuse to paint some messy flowers and vines :)

And here's the second endpaper (double page) illustration I painted for Strange the Dreamer, featuring Lazlo and Sarai in Lazlo's dream version of the city Weep.

I've used the same Weep-themed balcony as a way to frame the image than on my previous illustration... except this is a dreamed version, with pristine mashrabiyah arches and it just so happened to give me an excuse to paint pretty plants :)
