It is time to put an end to this grotesque farce! It is no longer necessary for a ballot to be held on a deal that should never have been agreed in the first place. The CWU has all but openly admitted it would have been rejected.

I don't pay £6.35 for special delivery for my parcel to be held at Chelmsford MC for 4 days! I've called up every day & only today when I explained what was in the parcel did the call handler take notice & actually sent my case over to the escalations team... @royalmailhelp what's wrong with Chelmsford MC?

Is there any point in asking Royal Mail what's wrong with Chelmsford MC? On their website they cite staff shortages, but a massive number of affected postcodes but only one MC in the country being affected I find that hard to believe! @royalmailhelp what's wrong with Chelmsford MC?
