Gotta love it when your ISP is providing under half of your expected download speed (34 out of 75 mbps) and the upload (7 out of 15 mbps). Tested multiple times over the course of the day and seems to be quite consistent.

It's #ADSL so shouldn't be suffering from cable's shared neighbourhood bandwith issue. Gone through all the usual steps of resetting routers and modems to clear lingering problems and unexpected data transfers, and no streaming video...
