Went on a 40 mile bike ride with my husband and some friends through some backroads in Windsor/Healdsburg today. It was beautiful but a little windy. I thought I was going to die on some of the hills and cussed a lot, but I made it. Now, my body is destroyed. Getting older is not for the weak.😂 🚲
