There are many songs to choose from, but if I had only one to play, I'd play The Wolf by Siamés.
I know the music video is about a literal wolf, but, and I'm going to die on this hill, the lyrics are about BDSM.

Hmm... I don't generally get tired of songs... but:
a) My tastes change. For instance, I used to listen to Metallica. I don't anymore.
b) The emotional impact of a song can also change. I still listen to No Lullaby by Siamés. Early on, I'd start crying when I heard it. (It is a song about kids from a broken home, and for whom there is "no lullaby.") Nowadays, I need to be in the right mood to cry.
A similar thing happened with The Pink Phantom by Gorillaz. Early on, I'd literally bawl my eyes out when it came on. Now, it is more a matter of mood whether I'm going to cry or not. This song is a breakup song, and it came into my orbit after a bitter breakup.
I talk about No Lullaby and The Pink Phantom in this article:

Conversely, I've listened to Shine on, You Crazy Diamond by Pink Floyd a ton of times in my life, without a tear in my eyes. It is only 2-3 years ago, when I was in a relationship with a schizophrenic girl that the full force of it hit me in the face, and yes, I bawled my eyes out. (She was the same one who had a role in the "bitter breakup" I mention above.)
