My next post in the series about creating software for the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 is now published. This time we create a simple project to blink the on-board LED. Not much meat this time but it lays the groundwork for future posts in the series. Enjoy!
In my last post I covered how to setup the RISC-V toolchain for the Hazard3 CPU in the Pico 2. In this post I will set up a simple project using CMake to blink the on-board LED. Be sure you have installed the Pico SDK using part 1 of this series. Now, let’s get into the details.
I've published the next post in my series about the Raspberry Pico 2. This time we setup the compiler toolchain for the RISC-V CPU on the microcontroller.
In the first post of this series I wrote about how to setup the development environment for the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 microcontroller for the ARM CPU. In this post I am going to cover how to setup the development environment for the RISC-V Hazard3 CPU. Unlike the ARM development environment there isn’t a setup script hosted on the Raspberry Pi GitHub pages. Luckily the Raspberry Pi forums are very active and people there guided me to the information I needed.
@N01R Notice how people tell you about #TextObject in this toot's comments ? See https://mamot.fr/@PacoVelobs/115910075632463086 for a tad more.
One advice for "new comers" : no matter how smart you are, you wont know it all anytime soon. People with multiple decades of daily usage keep learning the tool.

Ooo, the SANS holiday challenge is up. Heck maybe I'll actually work on it this year.
