I went sea swimming with a friend yesterday and it was noticeably much colder now. The temp of the sea was 6°C and we didn't stay for very long. Just enough to be calm and clear in our minds. #seaswimmimg #Folkestone #uk

So this year I started a new thing - seas swimming. My friend has done it for years so has taken me under her wing. Popped to shingle Street today and a dip; I wasn't in for very long. Chose exactly the right moment as the sun came out for just 30 or so minutes! Lots of warm, tingly feels after and then time for a cuppa and cake.
