Haha! They're quite pricey but they squish up pretty small when they aren't in use. I've pulled everything onto my counter now to make #InstantPot #SeafoodChowder for lunch today. I have broth leftover from chicken and poached salmon that will be going into that. May also add pickle juice. I made some last month and it was so scrumptious that I just wanted more.

I go the other way around. I google my ingredients and equipment to get a recipe, selecting and saving one pretty quickly. I almost always make them and like them. Today, I hope to make 2 of them: #SeafoodChowder and #ChanaMasala (curried chickpeas). I'll have to wash out my #InstantPot quite well in between them. The flavours are very different.
