Conflicted as I have reached the stage where ideally I want to purge most of the fabrics and bits that have been living with me in my studio for at least 5 years, somethings as much as 20 years… But then I am working on a size modification this morning and there was a request to add an embellishment that I just need a .25 m square of white peau de soie to match this existing piece.

And I have it in my bits and offcuts stash.

Tomorrow at the Studio Purge/ Yard Sale I hope to send off many things to new homes- but I’ll be taking time later today to sort and keep a selection of pieces for future -just in case- moments…
