After internalizing my past suffering with cold #Winter weather and the fear of #hypothermia (which I've experienced on rides: https://flic.kr/s/aHskkRDRMc ) I've fallen out of love with century-level rides during the cold season. To add to that, some of my rides towards the end of last Summer have ended up pretty disheartening.

I think the best thing to do is to keep the rides shorter (at most a few hours) during the cold season and plan for some more interesting #S24O / multi-day rides in the future. Why try to cram all of the miles into one day when I can split things up and enjoy things more? #cycling #bicycle #bicycletouring #biketouring

I should also find some folks to go #bikepacking with. Any takers?
