This is from last night. This is the most Ring Fit I've ever done in one session, I think. I just didn't wanna end it on a low note so I did the boss battle. Oof. Lots of extra hard work. Day 272!

The beginning of the game is a bit extra-tough as the exercises you get don't only exercise themselves but also the others a tad, so it's a lot easier to get tired faster, and it's before you get a bigger variety of them.

So far I've been breaking some sweat 3 times a week in Ring Fit Adventure continuously since October, but now I'm taking a short break since my right arm is kinda sore and weak from all that. Other than that, I'm pleased with the overall results.
These past weeks I've been on a streak doing Nintendo pilates. Dunno what got into me, but I'm feeling my overall form improving, having more dexterity and being more flexible. I can feel the burn in my abs, so there's still room for improvement.
