It should start at 12.5% of the sale price per year. And go up to 50% depending no single entity or trust should own more than 1 billion worth of land.

If a #billionaire doesn't pay at least 50% in tax, but #laundersIdentity through #philanthropy, they should go into a database. At random one (or 2%) of these #billionaires will have to pay 70% of their yearly #revenue in that country in tax or be #brokenUtp.
