August 2009 - #Helsinki International #Airshow at #MalmiAirport, with lots of planes in the sky, on the ground, and in the sky close to the ground. Also saw #LeningradCowboys with their fly hair, and had my first chopper ride.
December 2014 - having a Kirin frozen #beer in #Japan. Definitely a country I'd love to revisit (and not just for this beer)
(Decided that the "p" in potd can be pics or poems. Used to write a lot more... so maybe revisiting some of them will inspire me to write again.)
September 2007 - Queen of Winter Darkness, by cybette.
October 2010 - From #Königstuhl (King's seat). I remember the feeling very well, as it had been a turbulent year, but a rare sense of peace washed over me as I watched the sun set over #Heidelberg this day 10 years ago.
November 2017 - Staring from hotel room at the #Chicago river and Wacker Dr., 5pm vs 5am (thanks to jet lag). Definitely would love to visit again when I don't have to sit in meetings all day. Although spending time with colleagues was great (something I also miss).

August 2017 - while in Norway filled with amazing scenery, I came across this atrocity in a store... 🙈
Feb 2014 - we were in an elevator in #Taiwan but I'm reminded of the movie Cube 😅
